Sultan II. Abdülhamid devrinin kapanmasına yol açan “31 Mart Olayı”
yakın tarihin en önemli hadiselerindendir. Bu olayda adı geçen şahsiyetlerin
incelenmesi hadisenin daha doğru anlaşılması açısından önem kazanmaktadır.
Bu kısa biyografide 31 Mart Olayı’nın üst düzey tanıklarından olan ve
Divân-ı Harb-i Örfî riyasetine getirilen Hurşid Paşa tanıtılmaktadır.

Abstract
The “31st March Incident” that led to the end of the era of Sultan II.
Abdulhamid is one of the most important events in recent history. The examination
of the persons mentioned in this incident is important for a better
understanding of the it. In this short biography, Hurşid Pasha, one of the
high-level witnesses of the 31st March Incident and who was appointed as
the President of the Divanı Harb-i Örfî (Military Commission) is introduced.
