İslâmî Referansları Açısından Divan-ı Harb-i Örfî – Prof. Dr. İlyas ÜZÜM
Özet
Divan-ı Harb-i Örfî, esas itibariyle Bediüzzaman Said Nursî’nin (1878-
1960) Otuz bir Mart Vak’ası’yla ilişkili olarak idam talebiyle yargılandığı
sıkı yönetim mahkemesinde yaptığı savunmadır. Bu çalışmada, müellifin
Otuz bir Mart Vak’ası dolayısıyla sıkı yönetim mahkemesinde yaptığı
savunma dikkate alınarak doğrudan ifadelerde veya satır aralarında İslâmî
referanslara ilişkin yüzeysel bir tahlil denemesi yapılmaya çalışılacaktır.
Çünkü eserdeki bütün ifadelerin ayet ve hadislere işareti müstakil bir kitap
çalışması genişliğine sahiptir. Bizim burada hedefimiz Bediuzzaman’ın
herkesçe malum ilmî birikim ve seviyesini göstermek değil, temelde savunmasındaki
İslâmî referanslara -kabaca- işaret etmek, ayrıca onun ilmî anlayış
ve birikimini yaşadığı olaylara yansıtmasına ve bunun gerektirdiği izzetli,
cesaretli ve celadetli duruşuna gönderme yapmaktır.

“Divan-i Harb-ı Örfî” In Terms Of Islamic References
Abstract
Divan-ı Harb-i Örfî is essentially the defense made by Bediuzzaman
Said Nursî (1878-1960) in the military commission (strict administration
court), where he was tried with the demand of execution in relation to the
31st March Incident. In this study, a superficial analysis will be made regarding
the Islamic references directly in the statements or between the
lines, taking into account the defense made by the author in the military
commission due to the 31st March Incident. Because, telling the signs of
all the expressions in the work referring to the verses and hadiths is wide
enough to require a book study. Roughly, our aim here is not to show the
scientific knowledge and level of Bediuzzaman, but basically to point out
the Islamic references in his argument in the court. Also we want talk about
how he reflects his scientific understanding and experience to the events
he experienced and to show the dignified, courageous and braveryly stance
that this requires.
