Risale-i Nur’daki İktisat ve Hukuk Prensipleri Çerçevesinde Faizle – Talha FIRAT

 

 

Özet

Bir süredir ekonomik problemlerle yüzleşen Türkiye’de, bu durumdan
çıkışın ne olacağı ile ilgili başta siyaset ve ekonomi çevreleri olmak üzere
kamuoyunda farklı tartışmalar yaşanmaktadır. Sorunlar genel olarak işsizlik,
pahalılık, yüksek döviz kuru ve faiz etrafında tartışılırken bunların sebep
ve çözümleri ile ilgili farklı görüşler ortaya atılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada
Risale-i Nur’daki iktisat prensipleri ve iktisat bilimi çerçevesinde genel anlamda
Türkiye’nin ekonomik sorunlarının sebepleri ve çözüm önerileri üzerinde
durulacaktır. Bunun yanında faiz başta olmak üzere, işsizlik ve enflasyon
gibi ekonomik sorunları geride bırakmış olan ve Risale-i Nur’da din-i
hakikiyi arama çabasında örnek gösterilen İskandinav ülkeleri ve Batı’nın
ilim ve tekniğini alarak ahlak-ı seyyiesini uzak tuttuğu ifade edilen Japonya
gibi örneklerden bahsedilerek, bu ülkelerin ekonomik başarılarının da örnek
alınması gerekliliğinden hukuk ve ekonomik kalkınma ilişkisi bağlamında
bahsedilecektir.

Religious Wisdoms and Purposes of Veiling

 

Abstract

In Turkey, which has been facing economic problems for a while, the reare different discussions
in public, especially in the political and economic environments,
about what will be the way out of this situation.The problems are generally discussed around unemployment,
cost of living, high exchange rate and interest rate, while different opinions are expressed about their causes and solutions. In this study, with in the framework of economic principles and economic science
in Risale-i Nur, the causes of Turkey’s economic problems and solutions will be discussed in general terms.In addition,countries mentioned in the Risale-i Nur, such as Scandinavian countries, which exemplified in the effort to search for a true religion, and Japan, which are said to have kept their bad character away from them by taking the science and technology of the West, have left behind economic issues such as high interest, unemployment and inflation, need to take the economic achievements of these countries as an example will be mentioned in the context of the relationship between law and economic development.
