Özet
Toplumsal kesimlerin barış içinde, her kesimin kendini gerçekleştirebileceği
ve ifade edebileceği şartlara kavuştuğu ve birbirilerini dinleyip anlamaya
çalıştığı, birbirinin yaşama hakkına müdahale etmeden bir demokratik
yarış içinde olduğu bir ortama ulaşmakta zorlanmamızın temel sebeplerinden
birisi toplumdaki yanlış sosyal yapılanma. Bu yapılanma siyasî
güçler tarafından gerektiğinde kolaylıkla kullanılabilmektedir. Önemli bir
engel olarak siyasî anlamda rejimin kendisi, yani Osmanlı İmparatorluğu
sonrası Cumhuriyetin yapılanma biçimi sayılabilir. Bunlar temeldeki problemlerin
çözülememesine ve günümüzde de sorunların devam etmesine
sebep olmaktadır. Bu seminerde Kemalizm, ideolojiler ve demokrasi bağlamında
bugün yaşadığımız sorunların temelleri ve çözüm önerileri ele alınmaktadır.

Abstract
We are in a bad way to reach a structure in which the society is in peace,
where all segments can fulfill and express themselves, and that they listen to
each other, try to understand, and are in a democratic race without restricting
each other’s right to life; and one of the main reasons is “wrong social
structuring in society”. This structure can be easily used by political forces
when necessary. As an important obstacle, the regime itself can be counted
as the form of the Republic after the Ottoman Empire. These cause the underlying
problems not to be solved and today the problems continue. In this
text, the basics and solutions of the problems we face today in the context of
Kemalism, ideologies and democracy are discussed.
