Sivil Toplum ve Örgütlenme Hürriyeti – Dr. Ali BENGİ
Özet
Örgütlenme hürriyeti, bireylerin kendi menfaatlerini korumak için kendilerini
temsil eden bir toplu teşekkül oluşturarak bir araya gelmeleri hürriyeti
olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Örgütlenme hürriyetinin önünde birtakım
engeller ve bunlardan kaynaklanan sorunlar bulunmaktadır. Dinî cemaatleri
de içine alan bu örgütlenme biçimi siyasi ve ideolojik nedenlerle sınırlamalarla
ve çeşitli problemlerle karşı karşıyadır. Bu yazıda sivil toplum ve örgütlenme
hürriyeti bağlamında Risale-i Nur ışığında dinî cemaatlerin konumu
ele alınmaktadır.

Civil Society and Right To Association
Abstract
Freedom of association is defined as the liberty of individuals to come
together by forming a collective organization that represents them to protect
their own interests. There are some obstacles and problems arising from
the right to association. This form of organization, which also includes religious
communities, faces limitations and various problems for political and
ideological reasons. In this article, the position of religious communities in
the light of Risale-i Nur is discussed in the context of civil society and right
to association.
