Özet
Bediüzzaman Said Nursî, Risale-i Nur adlı eserlerinin yazılması, okunması, dağıtılması süreçlerinde talebeleriyle birlikte çok sayıda takibat ve soruşturmaya maruz kalmış bir İslam alimidir. Bilhassa Cumhuriyet dönemindeki suçlama konuları, “gizli cemiyet kurmak, dini siyasete alet etmek, devletin emniyetini tehlikeye atmak, idareye ilişmek, rejime ve yeni inkılaplara muhalif gitmek, rejimin sahibini sevmemek, hadis kitaplarında yer alan Deccal ve Süfyan gibi Ahirzaman şahsiyetlerine yönelik hadislerin açıklamalarını yapmak” olarak özetlenebilir. Bu çalışmada Bediüzzaman Said Nursî ve talebelerinin, Osmanlı ve Cumhuriyet dönemi mahkemelerinde verdikleri savunmaların dinî özellikleri ele alınmakta ve suçlamalar karşısında ortaya koydukları müdafaalarında hedef aldıkları gayeleri incelenmektedir.

Religious Dynamics In The Defenses Of Said Nursî And Nur Students
Abstract
Bediuzzaman Said Nursî and his students were subjected to numerous prosecutions and investigations during the process of writing, reading and distributing the Risale-i Nur works. In particular, the subjects of accusation in the Republican era were “to establish a secret society, to use religion as a tool for politics, to endanger the security of the state, to interfere with the administration, to oppose the regime and new reforms, to dislike the owner of the regime, to explain the hadiths about personalities in the end of the World such as Dajjal and Sufyan in hadith books” can be summarized. In this study, the religious characteristics of the defenses of Bediuzzaman Said Nursî and his students in the Ottoman and Republican era courts are discussed and the aims they targeted in their defense against the accusations are examined.
