Manevi Destek Uygulanan Evre IV Kanser Hastalarının, Oksidatif Stres Düzeylerindeki ve Hastane Anksiyete Depresyon Ölçeği Sonuçlarındaki Değişim – Dr. Emin Cenan COŞKUN
Özet
Manevi destek, dinî referanslardan hareketle verilen bir din ve inanç
desteğidir. Hastalara manevi destek ise hastalıkların pozitif yönlerinden
bahsederek hastalara teselli vermeye çalışmak, hastaların yaşadığı zahmetli
ve zor süreçlerinde hastaya yalnız olmadığını hissettirmek, onlara ilgi göstermek
ve etkin bir şekilde moral desteği vermektir. Bu çalışmada Bezmialem
Vakıf Üniversitesi bünyesinde bulunan Sağlıkta Pozitif Düşünce Kulübü
bünyesinde gerçekleştirilen manevi destek çalışması ele alınmaktadır.
Bu çalışmada Bediüzzaman Said Nursi’nin Hastalar Risalesi adlı eserinin
ve bu eser çerçevesinde verilen manevi desteğin bir grup kanser hastası üzerindeki
etkileri gösterilmektedir. Gözlem sonuçlarına göre yapılan tetkiklerin
pozitif sonuçları nedeniyle hastanelerde manevi destek hizmetlerinin
desteklenmesi ve genişletilmesi önerilmektedir.

Changes At Oxidative Stress Levels And Results of Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale In Morally Supported Stage IV Cancer Patients
Abstract
Spiritual support is a religional and belief support given from religious
references. Providing spiritual support to patients is a try to comfort the patients
by talking about the positive aspects of the diseases, to make the patient
feel not lonely during the troublesome and difficult processes, to show
them interest and to give moral support effectively. In this study, the spiritual
support work carried out by “Positive Health Thinking Club” within Bezmialem
Foundation University is discussed. In this study, the effects of the spiritual
support given to a group of cancer patients using Bediuzzaman Said
Nursi’s “Treatise on The Patients” are shown. According to the observation
results; it is recommended to support and expand spiritual support services
in hospitals due to the positive results of the examinations performed.
