Özet
Ahlâkî değerleri oluşmuş toplumların daha müreffeh hayat geçirdikleri
bir gerçektir. Toplumların ahlâk değerleri oluşturulurken hem adil ve hem
de mantıki düsturlar dikkate alınmalıdır. Esasen İslam, bu düsturların tamamının
içeren özelliklere sahiptir.
Ticaret, içtimaî hayatın en önemli faaliyetlerinden biridir. Çünkü ticaret
yaparak bireyler temel ihtiyaçlarını karşılarlar. Kur’an’da ve Sünnet-i
Seniyye’de ticari yaşamı düzenleyen birçok ayet ve hadis vardır. Müfessirler
ve muhaddisler, İslâm ticarî hayatı ile ilgili birçok düşünce ve çalışma ortaya
koymuşlardır.
Bu çalışmada, Kur’an ayetleri ve Asr-ı Saadet döneminde Hz. Peygamberin
yaşamından kesitler içerik analizi yöntemi ile incelenerek günümüz
yansımaları üzerinde durulmuştur. Özellikle olumlu yansıması olarak
Bediüzzaman’ın nebevi bir yaşam sergilediği eserlerinde örnekleri ile tespit
edilmiştir. Zıt akımların ise Kapitalizm, Sosyalizm, Liberalizm ve Karma
ekonomik modeller tarzında karşımıza çıktığı görülmektedir. Sonuç ve
değerlendirme kısmında, asrımızda toplumsal buhran geçiren insanlığın
yegâne kurtuluş çaresinin İslâm’ın öngördüğü bir ekonomik sisteme geçmek
olduğu delilleri ile vurgulanmıştır.

The Commercial Life in The Era Of Bliss And Its Reflections Today
Abstract
It is a fact that societies with established moral values live more prosperous
lives. While establishing the moral values of societies, the principles of
Islam, which is both just and logical and the last sacred religion, should be
taken into account. Originally, the Quran, which gives peace and confidence
to social life, has appropriate and constructive determinations related to social
life and commercial life. Trade is one of the most important activities of
social life. Because by trading, individuals can meet their basic needs.
There are many verses and hadiths that regulate commercial life in
the Quran and the Sunnah. Writers and scholars have put forward many
thoughts and studies about the commercial life of Islam. In this study, the
verses of the Quran and sections from the life of the Prophet (S.A.S) were
examined with content analysis method and today’s reflections were emphasized.
In particular, as a positive reflection Bediuzzaman exhibited a kind of
prophetic life, it has been determined with examples in his works. Its negative
reflections have appeared in the style of Capitalism, Socialism, Liberalism
and Mixed economic models. In the conclusion and evaluation part, it
is emphasized with the evidences that the only salvation solution of the humankind
who suffered socially in our century is to pass to the Islamic economy.
