Özet
Cihanşümul düzen ve ilkelerin mecmuu olan İslam, sunduğu öğretilerle
beşeriyetin her iki dünyadaki saadetini esas almıştır. Müslümanları ilim,
irfan ve medeniyet noktasında teşvik etmiş, dünyaya gelme amacını sorgulayan
felsefeyle birlikte pozitif ilimlerin ve harika sanatların insanlığa getireceği
güzelliklerden bahsetmiştir. Kur’an, bilim ve teknoloji anlamında
en güzel ilham kaynağı olarak peygamberlerin sunduğu mucizelerden bahsetmiş
ve insanların gayret göstererek peygamberleri emsal almalarını istemiştir.
Hayatın nizamını sağlayan sosyal ve beşeri bilimler ile insanların hayatını
kolaylaştıran bilim ve teknolojilerin Müslüman’ın yitiği olduğunu,
dünyanın neresinde olursa olsun, Müslümanların bulup, sarılması gerektiğini
öğretmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Avrupa medeniyetine ilham kaynağı oluşturan
Anadolu Coğrafyasında bilim ve teknolojinin yaşadığı evrelerden, bu
bağlamda geri kalmanın neden ve çarelerinden bahsedilmiştir.

The Search Of The Mind And The Reason Of Using in The World
Abstract
Islam, the source of universal order and principles, has presented the
principles of how humanity can be happy both in this world and in the other
world (the hereafter) with the unique teachings it offers. Islam encouraged
Muslims at the point of science, wisdom and civilization and talked about
the beauties that positive science and wonderful arts will bring to humanity
together with the philosophy that questions the purpose of its presence in
the world. The Quran mentioned the miracles offered by the prophets as the
most beautiful source of inspiration in terms of science and technology, and
asked people to take precedents by making efforts. It has been taught that
the social sciences and humanities that ensure the order of life and the sciences
and technologies that make people’s lives easier are the losses of Muslims,
and that Muslims must find and embrace them wherever they are in
the world. In this study, the stages of science and technology in the Anatolian
Geography, which inspired European civilization, and the reasons and
remedies for its lagging behind in this context are mentioned.
